| This is a great software bundle! There is a huge variety of
exercises and includes the videos on your PDA. At the moment I
have very little equipment and yet there is still plenty of
exercises to keep me fit. I had several questions to ask the
developers in the initial stages and received e-mails very
promptly enabling me to get started with my fitness programs in
no time at all. In addition, this program runs on the VGA screen
on my SPV M5000 - (Some fitness programs do not). I have no
hesitation in giving it the 5 Stars!!!

been working with of late you've had the best turn around time
on responding to e-mail of anyone I've been working with...

| Although I still have to get to grips with the program and
figure out how to use it properly, I think the videos are
fantastic and already have showed me what I was doing wrong, and
how to do some newer exercises I never even thought of.
